The product is also exceedingly chemical-resistant and dimensionally stable. The product’s density is app. 0,6 gr/cm3

We calculate with a E-Modulus of 110GPa and Tensile-strength of 2,4 GPa.

Thereafter, the profile is put into a mold that hardens the resin so that it forms a whole with the reinforcement materials. The profile is then cut to the right length in the mold by a cutting unit.

The solid carbon rods are made with HT (High Tension) carbon fibres and have a fibre volume of at least 60%. This makes for a lightweight product that has an incredible high tensile strength. In comparison to metal rods, these carbon rods are incredibly stiff—making them less likely to bend. Other advantages are: chemical resistance, no fatigue, no oxidation.

A more extensive range of pultrusion products is available upon request up to lengths of 6 meters. Minimum quantities are required.
