Carbon tube 35x35x440mm Twill

This tube has a maximum length of 440mm, precise dimensions and is made with High Strength Carbon fibres and epoxy resin. The carbon fabrics, in the 2.15 mm wall thickness, are woven at  different angles, which gives these tubes great strength and stiffness.

These tubes have been developed for mechanical engineering and are used as (load bearing) arms in fast moving product handling systems and robots. Minimal flexing, high temperature stability, low weight, high stiffness and low mass inertia are specifications that this carbon tube can meet. This tube can also be used for an articulated arm in combination with the 60x40 tube CKO 6060 440 2.15 T.

For industrial customers we can also supply this tube with customized wall thicknesses. Post-processing such as drilling, CNC milling and sub-assembly are also possible. Please contact us for more information.
