Carbon Rectangular Tubes

The rectangular carbon fibre tubes are laminated from prepreg High Strength Carbon fibres and epoxy resin. The outer layer has a ’twill’ weave with the traditional carbon ‘look’. The fibres are laminated in different directions in the wall thickness of the tube.
This ensures unique stiffness and strength as well as low weight. These rectangular carbon tubes are far more resistant to bending than metal alternatives.

High Precision Rectangular Tubes

The High Precision rectangular carbon fibre tubes are laminated from prepreg High Strength carbon fibres and epoxy resin. The outer layer has a twill weave with the traditional aesthetic appeal of carbon. These rectangular tubes have been developed to be combined with the Refiflex® 25S and 40S construction system. The tubes are often used in lightweight and rigid frames for mechanical engineering and product handling systems, as well as structures requiring minimal flexing and weight.
