The carbon panels are laminated with high-strength carbon fibres and a high-quality epoxy resin. The top layer always has an attractive carbon look. Carbon fibres are placed in the core in the longitudinal and transverse direction.
This gives the panels optimal strength and stiffness. The carbon material is chemically resistant, exceptionally dimensionally stable and virtually unaffected by shrinkage or expansion.

High Strength Panels

The High Strength Panels are laminated using industrial T700 fibres and produced “in house” in the Netherlands. The combination of uni-directional and twill fabrics ensure a high strength performance of this product. The strength of the sheet is evenly distributed 50-50 in both longitudinal and transverse direction. The surface is silk gloss and a 3K twill fabric. The carbon material is chemically resistant, does not rust, is dimensionally stable and virtually insensitive to shrinkage or expansion.

Sandwich Panels

If you are looking for ultra-lightweight and stiff plate material, a sandwich panel is the product for you. The panels are made of two thin carbon fibre layers and an ultra-light foam core. The mechanical properties are tuned to a minimum weight an optimal stiffness with a reasonable strength. The hard foam core has a closed cell structure which gives the product an incredible stiffness.
