Carbon Honeycomb Panels – Ultra Lightweight
Carbon Ultra Lightweight Honeycomb Panels with Nomex core (industrial type C2), manufactured with precision and craftsmanship in the Netherlands. These lightweight panels offer very high specific stiffness due to the combination of carbon fiber and honeycomb core material. The surface has a matte appearance and a 3k twill weave structure. The strength distribution of the panel is 50°-50° in both longitudinal and transverse directions.

Besides our standard carbon products, we offer industrial services and post processing. These industrial services include CNC milling (in-house CNC milling machine), waterjet cutting, and cutting carbon products to size. You can add ‘cutting panel to size’ to your basket to order this. Precision machining of composite products is a specialism. It requires experience, special tools, and safe and dust-free production areas. Refitech and CarbonWebshop have this specialism in-house.
