Carbon Honeycomb Panels with Nomex core (industrial type C2), manufactured with precision and craftsmanship in the Netherlands. These lightweight panels offer very high specific stiffness due to the combination of carbon fiber and honeycomb core material. The surface has a matte appearance and a 3k twill weave structure. The strength distribution of the panel is 50°-50° in both longitudinal and transverse directions.

The unique cell structure of our honeycomb panels provides excellent thermal insulation properties, which helps to regulate temperature and improve energy efficiency. In addition, the sound-dampening properties of the Nomex coretechnology contribute to a quieter and more comfortable environment, making our panels ideal for noise-sensitive applications such as interior panels for aerospace, rail and marine applications. Honeycomb panels are also used in machine building and for UAVs/drones to improve performance through lightweight.

We label our products as industrial-grade quality. They are designed with a focus on mechanical performance, not on aesthetic appearance or visual-grade quality. Small pinholes or irregularities in the twill weave (pattern) can occur, which are a result of the production process and the manual finishing of the products.
