Carbon Panel 500x500x3mm

The carbon panels are laminated with high-strength carbon fibres and a high-quality epoxy resin. The top and bottom layer always has an attractive carbon ‘look’ (twill weave). Carbon fibres are placed in the core in the longitudinal and transverse direction. This gives the sheets optimal strength and stiffness. The carbon material is chemically resistant, exceptionally dimensionally stable and virtually insensitive to shrinkage or expansion.

The carbon panels can be cut to size on request. We can also provide CNC post-processing and waterjet cutting services. In addition to standard quality, we also have High Strength panels. These are available in larger thicknesses up to 12 mm and are built up with High Strength fibres.

We label our products as industrial-grade quality. They are designed with a focus on mechanical performance, not on aesthetic appearance or visual-grade quality. Small pinholes or irregularities in the twill weave (pattern) can occur, which are a result of the production process and the manual finishing of the products.

Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet cutting carbon fiber sheets is possible for any client. This is a way to cut shapes from virtually any sheet material. This type of processing ensures clean cuts, consistent and high quality, and no distortion or discoloration.
