High Performance Tube 14x12x1000mm

High Performance tubes are laminated from high-quality carbon fibres and epoxy (prepreg) and always have an attractive carbon fibre outer layer, finished with a satin PU-coating. The fibres are laminated in two directions (0° and 90°) in the core. This ensures an optimal strength and stiffness, and low weight. The outer diameter tolerance is +/- 0,2mm. These carbon composite tubes offer the same excellent mechanical properties as the High Precision Round Tubes. A sleek, attractive tube with the ‘real carbon look’.

The tubes are available in several diameters in lengths of 950, 1000 and 2000mm. The carbon tubes can be cut to size on request. We can also provide post-processing services such as drilling and CNC milling.

We label our products as industrial-grade quality. They are designed with a focus on mechanical performance, not on aesthetic appearance or visual-grade quality. Small pinholes or irregularities in the twill weave (pattern) can occur, which are a result of the production process and the manual finishing of the products.
